- Motivate participants and encourage a fun environment
- Distribute small rewards and capture their reactions
- Coordinate with videography and ops teams
Ideal Candidate:
- Fluent in local languages and English
- Energetic and approachable
- Experience in outreach, HR, or social work (plus)
- Willing to travel to industrial areas
🎨 Innovation Designer
Creative Task Designer

Role Objective: Design simple, impactful hands-on challenges using factory-available tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create practical, creative design thinking tasks (5–30 min)
- Test with the field team before rollout
- Ensure no disruption to work routines
- Refresh tasks weekly with new themes
Ideal Candidate:
- Product/industrial design or engineering background
- Skilled in design thinking and creative problem-solving
- Ability to work under constraints
- Bonus: sketching or documentation skills
🏅 Rewards Coordinator
Reward & Recognition Coordinator

Role Objective: Organize prize logistics and create recognition moments for social media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Procure small gifts, certificates, or badges
- Maintain reward records and distribution list
- Help capture ‘hero moments’ on video
- Suggest new recognition formats (e.g., “Design Champ of the Week”)
Ideal Candidate:
- Well-organized with good presentation flair
- Can manage logistics on-site or remotely
- Interest in gamification, recognition, or HR
